Clinics by Appointment only, no walk-in appointments
The second and fourth Tuesday of the month by appointment only.
Two clinics will be held morning and afternoon from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

The first, third, and fifth Tuesday of the month walk in 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
One afternoon clinic from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Donation
$17.00 to $23.00* per family based on family size and vaccines needed at the time of the visit.
Immunizations may be free based on income.

*Donation schedule subject to change.
Proof of income may be required.

Requirements
Parents should always bring a record of their child’s previous immunizations, unless they are already members of BARR.

Children should be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. If a child is accompanied by a person other than the parent/guardian, they must have a note, signed and dated by the parent/legal guardian with permission for immunizations and must be at least 18 years old.

Immunizations are provided to all children ages 0 thru 18 years.
